Phil Clifford
Chief Executive Officer

Phil’s interest in the telecommunications field led him to learn the business from the ground up and has culminated in over twenty years of experience as a senior level executive. He is a high-integrity, results-oriented leader with the natural ability to develop relationships. His genuine attention to our customers has led Phil to develop unique business solutions and to provide superior products and services. He also is an active member in the community, including having held the seat of Board President for Bridgewell.

Patricia Clifford
Chief Operating Officer

With over twenty years of experience as a business owner, ten of them in the telecommunications field, Pattie brings a strong business acumen to the team. As COO of a business telecommunications sales and service company, Pattie’s primary concentration is on the day to day operations of the business. By focusing on the infrastructure of the company, she has built a solid foundation. Launching her first business right out of college, Pattie’s entrepreneurial drive grew out of her passion to problem solve and provide solutions. 

Jennifer McLaughlin
Director of Operations

With her strong management skills and customer-focused orientation, Jennifer was a natural selection to be our Director of Operations. She has over fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications field and leads our service and purchasing teams, turning customer needs into business solutions. Since joining Sentenia Systems, Jennifer has transformed our field, service, and purchasing staff into a cohesive unit that provides superior customer service.

Mike Eacho
Manager Cable Division

With over twenty years of experience and a list of professional achievements, including RCDD and Data Center Designer certifications from BICSI, Outreach Trainer certification from OSHA and a membership to the Project Management Institute, Mike brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to the team. He specializes in designing and delivering customer cable solutions for large construction projects. Mike’s primary focus includes expanding Sentenia’s Cable Division, which already includes a client portfolio of well known area businesses such as F.W. Webb Company and the Marriott Hotel Corporation.

Kathy McCoy
Customer Relations and Training Specialist

Kathy brings her hands-on-training to Sentenia and provides end-user customer training to new and existing Sentenia clients. With her superior communication skills, she puts the customer at ease helping them to participate in an interactive class setting, which is key to providing instruction and attention toward the specific needs of the client. She also works as the customer advocate in order to stay up-to-date with the client’s infrastructure requirements and needs.
