Customer Advocate

The convergence of voice and data has opened even more opportunities for our company. We are experiencing steady growth and transformation. We are looking for Customer Advocates to support our existing customer base. The primary function of a Customer Advocate is to enhance existing relationships by determining what additional value we can offer our clients. He or she will report directly to the manager of Sales and will work very closely with the outside Sales team and the service team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Consistent and frequent contact with clients, including phone calls, site visits, and emails
  • Marketing of additional services and solutions
  • Developing proposals as needed; referring other opportunities to sales
  • Establish and demonstrate the value of partner programs
  • Cost justify proposed solutions
  • Represent the company
  • Advocate for your clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the telecommunications or IT industry, preferably inside sales
  • Ability to meet established performance goals
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to track your efforts using internal processes and tools such as Tigerpaw (our CRM)
  • A reliable and well maintained vehicle
  • A valid driver’s license

Compensation

Base salary relative to experience; commissions based on current compensation plan
